Once the visitor enters the exhibit they are confronted with questions probing the idea of free items. It allows the visitor to think about the emotional attachments and connections they might have to items they own.
When an exchange of an item is proposed by a visitor, the outcome is decided by a popular vote made by the public. When a visitor submits a vote for a particular item, their name is displayed on the wall behind the item, and acts as a visual graph. A 3-D movie will play after 30 minutes of voting, and will feature the most popular object.
